Report - Will Fleury Books UAE Warriors Title Rematch Against Tarek Suleiman For March Event

Tipperary native, Will Fleury is set for a return to UAE Warriors for a planned March 19. event – taking on former foe and reigning promotional light heavyweight best, Tarek Suleiman in a middleweight title fight.
Fleury and Suleiman initially met under the Bahrain-based Brave CF banner back in March 2018, where Fleury prevailed with a unanimous decision victory, improving his record to 4-0 as a result.
Currently in the midst of a two-fight winning run, Fleury, a staple of Straight Blast Gym, most recently secured a unanimous decision win at EFM Show 2 back in September of last year.
For Suleiman, the Syria native finds himself riding a three-fight winning spree of his own, which includes a disqualification win over UFC alum, KB Bhullar back in October of last year. The 32-year-old clinched the UAE Warriors light heavyweight championship back in 2019 when he defeated Oli Thompson via second round strikes. A seven-fight veteran under the Scott Coker-led Bellator MMA banner, Fleury ended his stint with the organization with an impressive unanimous decision win over Cage Warriors contender, Kent Kauppinen at Bellator Euro Series 8 back in September 2020.
9-3 as a professional, Fleury, a native of Cahir managed to amass a 4-3 record during his time with Bellator, defeating Kaupinnen as well as Justin Moore, Antonio Jones, and Shaun Taylor. Over the course of his career, Fleury has secured four submission wins to go with a further two knockout stoppages.
Suleiman has rebounded from his 2018 judging loss to Fleury to scoop UAE Warriors light heavyweight spoils, and embark on a three-fight winning run over Bhullar, Laid Zerhouni, and Piotr Walawski, in between losses to Rustam Chsiev, and Juscelino Ferreira.
