The UFC's March 13th. Fight Night event has received another massive addition. Grappling sensation, Ryan 'The Wizard' Hall is in line for his first Octagon appearance in almost two years as he draws recent UFC Fight Island 1 headliner, 'Dynamite' Dan Ige. As of writing, a location or venue for the event has yet to be determined by the promotion.

Scheduled to make his Octagon return against former featherweight title challenger, Ricardo 'The Bully' Lamas at UFC Vegas 8 in August, Hall was forced from the bout due to an undisclosed injury.

The Ultimate Fighter 22 lightweight tournament victor has yet to feature since UFC Fight Night Sacramento back in July of 2019 -- where he notched his four straight UFC win with a unanimous decision victory over division mainstay, Darren 'The Damage' Elkins.

Dropping a main event clash to upcoming UFC Fight Island 7 curtain closer, Calvin Kattar at the Abu Dhabi, UAE event back in the summer of last year, Hawaii talent, Ige saw an eye-catching six-fight undefeated streak snapped. News of the exciting pairing of Hall and Ige was first reported by BJPENN.com reporter, Cole Shelton

Hall, a two-time World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu championship victor as a purple belt back in 2008 has found willing dance partners both ranked above him or below him difficult to find during his brief yet successful Octagon stint.

A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Felipe Costa, Hall nabbed his TUF tournament success against Straight Blast Gym staple, Artem Lobov back in December of 2015.

Featuring just three times in the Octagon since then, the 35-year-old Virginia native has also dispatched former lightweight title chaser, Gray 'The Bully' Maynard, before a highlight-reel heel-hook submission over former lightweight and welterweight gold holder, 'The Prodigy' B.J. Penn back at UFC 232.

A product of Dana White's Contender Series 3 back in July of 2017 -- Ige initially debuted in the UFC with a unanimous decision loss to Julio Arce.

Rebounding in spectacular fashion with a stunning six-fight rise, the 29-year-old bested Mike Santiago, Jordan Griffin, Danny Henry, Kevin Aguilar, and Mirsad Bektic before his most high-profile win over Muay Thai ace, Edson Barboza back at UFC Fight Night Jacksonville in May last.

The UFC Fight Night event takes place on March 13th. -- with a reworked welterweight battle between top-five contender, Leon 'Rocky' Edwards and the captivating undefeated uber-prospect, Khamzat 'Borz' Chimaev booked again for main event honours.
