Report - Kevin Holland vs. Kyle Daukaus 2 Booked For UFC Vegas 41 On November 13th.

A middleweight rematch between Kevin Holland the Kyle Daukaus has been booked for UFC Vegas 41 on November 13. -- from the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Holland and Daukaus co-headlined UFC Vegas 38 last weekend beneath a light heavyweight main event featuring Thiago Santos and Johnny Walker -- with the two battling to an eventual official 'No Contest' in a one round affair.

In quite a controversial ending to the bout, Holland appeared to be knocked unconscious as a result of an accidental clash of heads in the center of the Octagon, before Daukaus eventually wrapped up a standing rear-naked choke after a subsequent scramble on the canvas. Upon reflection from referee, Dan Miragliotta, the bout was ruled an official 'No Contest' -- with Holland confirming his wishes to secure a future rematch with the Philadelphia native.

ESPN MMA reporter, Brett Okamoto confirmed that the middleweight rematch between Riverside native, Holland and submission artist, Daukaus has been added to a UFC Vegas 41 event on November 13. on his official Instagram this Tuesday evening. 

Holland, who had spent the majority of his camp for last weekend's co-main event training alongside former undisputed welterweight champion, Johny Hendricks in a bid to improve his defensive wrestling ability -- is hoping to snap a run of three fights without a win.

Prior to his 'No Contest' co-headliner, Holland had suffered 16 takedowns at the hands of Marvin Vettori and Derek Brunson combined in a pair of unanimous decision losses earlier this year.

Enjoying a record-setting year last annum, Holland set a record for most wins in a calendar year middleweight, scoring five straight successes.

In his most recent professional victory, Holland met with former Strikeforce middleweight champion, the now-retired, Ronaldo Souza on short notice at UFC 256 in December -- stopping the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with an innovative finish off his back in the first round. 

Pennsylvania native, Daukaus, the younger brother of streaking UFC heavyweight contender, Chris Daukaus, akin to Holland, is also an alum of Dana White's Contender Series.

The 28-year-old submission artist has lodged an eye-catching five separate D'Arce choke wins over the course of his career. accumulating a total eight submission wins. 

A four-fight UFC alum, Daukaus' sole Octagon win came in the form of a unanimous decision success against Dustin Stoltzfus, in between a pair of unanimous decision losses to Phil Hawes and common-foe, Brendan Allen.

UFC Vegas 41 takes place on November 13. from the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada -- with a featherweight title-eliminator between former champion, Max 'Blessed' Holloway and Yair 'El Pantera' Rodriguez taking main event honors.
