The welterweight championship will score a new gold holder on June 26th. at York Hall in London, England -- as the tournament finale bracket between Jack Grant and Ian Garry has been confirmed as the main event of Cage Warriors 125.

Earning his spot in the promotion's welterweight tournament finale, Grimsby native, Grant took home a second round anaconda choke victory over Madars Fleminas back in March at Cage Warriors 121.

Also featuring on that card, Dublin upstart, Garry improved his professional record to 6-0 with a second round high kick and strikes knockout win over UFC alum, Rostem Akman.

17-6 as a professional, Grant's most recent professional blemish came in the form of a vacant lightweight title challenge against Agy Sardari last December, which came as his final walk at the 155lbs limit following a close split decision defeat. Grant will also share the Cage Warriors 125 event with Sardari, who looks to defend his lightweight crown opposite Joe McColgan.
