Report - Rafael Fiziev vs. Brad Riddell Slated For UFC On ESPN+ 57 On December 4.

A mouth-watering lightweight pairing between striking standouts, Rafael 'Ataman' Fiziev and City Kickboxing ace, Brad 'Quake' Riddell has been booked to feature at a UFC Fight Night event on December 4. -- with a location or venue for the event yet to be determined by the organization.

Undefeated in his last four outings, Tiger Muay Thai mainstay, Fiziev earned Fight of the Night honours at UFC 265 earlier last month at the Toyota Centre in Houston, Texas -- nabbing a competitive decision victory over veteran lightweight staple, Bobby Green.

Meeting with Elevation Fight Team feature, Drew Dober -- Riddell himself earned Fight of the Night honours at UFC 263 in June -- taking a unanimous decision victory as well as extending his undefeated streak to seven fights. MMA Junkie reporters, Farah Hannoun and Nolan King was first to report the pairing of Fiziev and Riddell. 

10-1 as a professional from 11 outings, 28-year-old Korday-born striker, Fiziev has managed to take four Octagon victories, with his sole UFC loss coming in the form of a spinning back-kick knockout defeat against Magomed Mustafaev at UFC Fight Night St. Petersburg back in April 2019 in his promotional bow.

Streaking since then, the #13 ranked lightweight has bested Alex White, Marc Diakiese, and the aforenoted, Green with a unanimous judging wins -- in between a stunning first round knockout win over Brazilian grappler, Renato Moicano back at UFC 256 in December of last year. 

Also boasting a 10-1 record from 11-professional appearances, Riddell, the #12 ranked contender at 155lbs has picked up four Octagon wins from his first four walks as well.

The 29-year-old Christchurch native has bested Jamie Mullarkey, Alex da Coelho, the above-mentioned, Dober, as well as lodging a split decision win over common-foe, Mustafaev.
