Dana White offers McGregor and Mayweather $25 million to battle:
UFC President Dana White has dropped a bombshell regarding the ever growing Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather fight speculation, by offering both men $25 million to fight. Both men have traded rather personal barbs as of late, with Mayweather questioning the UFC Lightweight champion's "heart", while Conor posted an image on social media, captioned "Call me C.J Watson" bringing the undefeated Mayweather's domestic violence history back into the limelight. Earlier this week, the polarising McGregor told how he would be seeking an astonishing $100 million to step into the ring with Mayweather. The now retired 39 year-old Michigan native Mayweather, subsequently countered McGregor's demands, telling how he couldn't justify $100 million, questioning McGregor's PPV earnings. Appearing on Colin Cowherd's 'The Herd', White who was seemingly oblivious to any sort of meeting of the pair stunningly stated, "I'll tell you what Floyd, here's a real offer, and I'm the guy, I'm the guy who can actually make the offer and I'm actually making a real offer. We pay you $25 million, we'll pay Conor $25 million, and then we'll talk about pay-per-view at a certain number, that's a real offer." In my opinion, if White's offer is to be truthful, Mayweather will most likely reject it, with 'Money' many times telling how he is the $100 million man.
