Yair Rodriguez scores front kick finish over BJ Penn:

Exciting Mexican striker Yair 'El Pantera' Rodriguez displayed a striking clinic on his way to a devastating front kick knockout against the returning BJ Penn at UFC Fight Night Phoenix. Rodriguez is one of the most unorthodox strikers in the organisation, proving as of yet still hugely difficult to train for. Rodriguez's unusual arsenal of strikes include many flashy, spinning kicks and strikes, thus confusing his opposition of what offensive attack he will score next. Rodriguez seen a huge array of strikes land in the first round, with Penn seeming overwhelmed by his opponent, providing little offence, while attempting to settle back into the octagon he had been absent from since 2014, when he was stopped by former foe Frankie Edgar. Rodriguez was notably landing many front kicks and kicks to the body of Penn. Rodriguez almost immediately at the start of the second round, landed an Anderson Silva esque front kick which dropped Penn, before swarming the legend and finishing with a barrage of strikes on the ground. Penn looked like a fish out of water and I believe it may be time for him to step back from the game for good. Penn is one of the greatest to ever step into the octagon and a true pioneer of the sport, and it would be a terrible shame to see him concede to another younger, hungrier contender like Yair Rodriguez in the future.
