Report: Jimmy Flick vs. Cody Durden Slated For UFC Fight Night Event on December 5th.

A flyweight meeting between promotional debutante, Jimmy 'The Brick' Flick, and Cody Durden has been added to a UFC Fight Night event on December 5th. - with a location or venue for the showcase yet to be determined by the promotion. 

Making his first Octagon appearance since his successful outing on Dana White's Contender Series back on September 1st. - former LFA flyweight best, Flick looks to improve his undefeated spree to four fights.

Set for his first appearance at flyweight under the UFC's banner, Durden featured opposite Chris Gutierrez at UFC Fight Night Vegas 5 at the beginning of August - battling to a unanimous draw over three-rounds. News of the flyweight matching was initially reported by UFC Matchmaking.

A slick submission ace, Flick has yet to see the judges score cards in his remarkable twenty-fight professional career. With a 100% finish rate, Flick has managed a staggering fifteen submission successes from fifteen professional triumphs. 

The former LFA 125-pound titleholder earned his call to the Octagon with a September submission win over Nate Smith on DWCS - scoring an final-round arm-triangle win. 

A prominent finisher in his own right - Durden has himself scored five submission wins and five knockouts from eleven wins, forced the distance just twice. The former NFC feature holds an 11-2-1 professional résumé - hoping to get off the mark to the win column in a December meeting with Flick.

Set to headline the December 5th. event - an important middleweight pairing between former welterweight title challenger, Darren 'The Gorilla' Till, and renowned finisher, Jack 'The Joker' Hermansson.
