Vicente Luque Meets Randy Brown At UFC Portland In April

An eye-catching welterweight bout is scheduled for UFC Fight Night Portland.

An exciting welterweight meeting between New Jersey-based all-rounder, Vicente 'The Silent Assasin' Luque, and Randy 'Rude Boy' Brown is expected to take place at UFC Fight Night Portland on April 11th. per an initial report by TSN's, Aaron Bronsteter.

28-year-old finisher, Luque, lost a high-profile pairing with two-time welterweight title challenger, Stephen 'Wonderboy' Thompson at UFC 244 in November - subsequently snapping an incredible six-fight win streak. The durable Cerrado MMA trainee managed eye-catching victories over Niko Price, Mike Perry, Derrick Krantz, Jalin Turner - and a candidate for 2019's Fight of the Year - scored a brilliant unanimous decision win over Bryan Barberena.

Massachusetts-born Brown had built up a decent head of steam from his previous two Octagon appearances.  The 29-year-old scored an eye-catching arm-triangle submission over the wily Warlley Alves - following a final-frame knockout of the previously noted, Bryan Barberena. Brown has managed ten finishers from his twelve professional wins - and notched notable wins over Mickey Gall and Brian Camozzi since his Octagon debut back in 2016.
