Bellator MMA is set to return to the UK for the first time since November of 2019 amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with an event in the United Kingdom slated to take place on October 1st. from the SSE Arena in London.
A high-stakes welterweight rematch between former welterweight champion and Grand Prix victor, Douglas 'The Phenom' Lima, and the surging Michael 'Venom' Page is slated to headline the event, with the pair rematching following a May 2019 matchup at Bellator 221.
Boasting a 19-1 professional record, 34-year-old karate practitioner, Page has featured under the Scott Coker-led, Bellator banner for 16 of those professional outings.

Facing off in the Bellator welterweight world Grand Prix semi-final, Lima handed London Shootfighters mainstay, Page his first promotional and professional blemish in the form of a second round knockout.
In his most recent outing, Goiana native, Lima dropped the welterweight championship to Ukrainian combat sambo ace, Yaroslav Amosov in the form of a unanimous decision defeat at Bellator 260 in June. The victory came as Amosov's stunning 26th. professionally, as he remained undefeated.
In the midst of a five-fight undefeated run since his knockout loss to Lima, hometown striker, Page most recently featured at Bellator 258 in May from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut -- where he took a first round doctor's stoppage win over Derek Anderson after landing a brutal flying-knee, resulting in a severe broken nose. Bellator MMA confirmed the pairing in an official press release.
Hoping to score a second career win over Page, Lima would snap a two-fight losing skid in the same breath, following an unsuccessful bid to score the vacant middleweight championship in a unanimous decision loss to Gegard Mousasi at Bellator 250 in October of last year -- suffering a unanimous judging loss.
Lima's most recent win came in the form of a unanimous decision success against former welterweight champion, now-PFL feature, Rory MacDonald back in October of 2019.
