Report - Paddy Pimblett Set For UFC Debut Against Luigi Vendramini On September 4th.

Former Cage Warriors featherweight champion, Paddy 'The Baddy' Pimblett is set to make his UFC bow on September 4th. against Brazils, Luigi 'The Italian Stallion' Vendramini -- with the event expected to take place in the promotion's first visit to London, England since March of 2019.

Pimblett, a former Cage Warriors featherweight champion signed a multi-fight deal under the UFC's banner following a twelve-fight stint under the Graham Boylan-led organizational banner.

For the 9-2 Vendramini, the 25-year-old last featured at UFC 263 in Glendale, Arizona last month -- suffering a majority decision defeat to Fares Ziam. News of the clash of Pimblett and Vendramini was first reported by Combate reporter, Marcelo Barone

16-3 as a professional, Liverpool native Pimblett made his most recent professional walk back in March of this year at Cage Warriors 122 -- stopping Davide Martinez with a first round rear-naked choke. Pimblett had scored a prior ground-and-pound stoppage against Decky Dalton. In his most recent defeat, Pimblett dropped a unanimous decision to Bellator feature, Soren Bak. 

In other notable victories, the Next Generation MMA Liverpool mainstay overcame the likes of Florian Calin, Martin Sheridan, Kevin Petshi, Ashleigh Grimshaw, Teddy Violet, Johnny Francey as well as now fellow UFC contender, Julian Erosa. 

A three-fight Octagon veteran, Vendramini debuted with a second round flying knee knockout loss to Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos, in between his first round knockout stoppage over Jessin Ayari and last month's decision defeat to Ziam.
