Daniel Cormier repeats UFC 187 feat with RNC win:

Emotions run high as Daniel Cormier remains champ:
A rematch for the UFC Light Heavyweight championship between Daniel Cormier and Anthony 'Rumble' Johnson serves as our main event of UFC 210, as Johnson looks to claim UFC gold for the first time, while 'DC' is aiming for a second successful title defence, following his decision win over Alexander Gustafsson. After the weigh in fiasco surrounding Cormier, the one positive we can take, is that this contest is still for the 205lbs crown. Cormier's keys are his Olympic wrestling background, grappling prowess and lateral movement to avoid the big shots of 'Rumble', while Johnson must be cautious and patient when sniffing out that big hook or uppercut, and catch a forward pressing 'DC' when possible, and most importantly, reserve that gas tank!

Experienced referee 'Big' John McCarthy was given the duty to separate these two Light Heavyweight monsters in this five round title bout. The first 5 minutes got started with a good push kick to the body of 'DC' followed by a right hand. Immediately in the clinch against the fence. No takedown attempts as of yet, with Cormier landing some decent knee strikes. Cormier then had 'Rumble' against the fence, wearing the Georgia native down. Johnson was stuck to the fence, before McCarthy separated the two. Johnson's strategy was a bizarre one, he was instigating the clinch work.  Close first round.

Second round began with a broken nose for Cormier, a big target for Johnson. 'Rumble' managed to spin away from a single leg, but straight to the fence, where Cormier stuck to him. 'Rumble' then managed his own takedown, before Cormier managed his own, and immediately took his back. Cormier was just laying down shots with John McCarthy watching closely. Just as the first bout, history repeats itself as Cormier finished with a rear-naked choke.
