Cub Swanson V Artem Lobov: What will go down:

Artem is without both Coach Kavanagh and Conor McGregor tonight:
Two heavy hitting Featherweight's face eachother in the main event of UFC Fight Night Nashville, as #4 ranked Cub Swanson, takes on Straight Blast Gym's Artem 'The Russian Hammer' Lobov in a five round bout. Swanson was involved in one of most competive Featherweight meetings of all time as he and Doo Ho Choi met at UFC 206 in Canada. A wiley competitor who can end anyone's night with  an accurate shot, 'Killer' Cub Swanson has faced the likes of Chad Mendes, current Featherweight champ José Aldo, Frankie Edgar, Ricardo Lamas and Max 'Blessed' Holloway, which has given the Californian invaluable experience heading into this unusual main event. With a mediocre professional record of 13-12, Artem Lobov is a questionable main event partner, with many questioning the decision to pair him with Swanson. Lobov is of course a close friend and constant training partner of UFC Lightweight champ Conor McGregor at SBG in Dublin, and according to the Russian, the opportunity to train with McGregor has given him the confidence to take on Swanson, believing he has seen there is all to see in terms of dynamic striking in the form of his gym wars with 'The Notorious' one. Artem's most prominent shot comes from his heavy hands evident from his dominant decision display against Teruto Ishihara, after beating youngster Chris Avila. If Lobov can score an early 'hammer' on the chin of Swanson, we could see a huge upset occur. In my opinion Swanson, will utilise his black belt in both Judo and BJJ to bring Artem to the mat, before finishing via a choke or vicious ground and pound.

Cub Swanson via knockout.
