Veteran contender, Marion 'The Belizean Bruiser' Reneau has been forced to withdraw from her UFC 253 clash with fellow contender, Ketlen 'Fenômeno' Vieira - with recent victor, Sijara 'Sarj' Eubanks matching with the latter following her unanimous decision win over prospect, Julia 'Raging Panda' Avila just last weekend.

Hoping to return from her first professional defeat, Manaus native, Vieira last featured opposite perennial contender, Irene Aldana at UFC 245 in December last - dropping a devastating first-round knockout loss.

Featuring at UFC Fight Night Vegas 10 just last Saturday night at the UFC Apex - Eubanks makes a quickfire return to action following her judging win over Avila. UFC 253 will mark the TUF alums third Octagon walk of the year. News of Reneau's injury and Eubanks short-notice return against Vieira was first reported by MMA Fighting reporter, Mike Heck.

Five fights deep into her Octagon stint - 29-year-old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Vieira arrived in the promotion back in October 2016, notching a debut win over Kelly Faszholz. In victories since, the Brazilian took wins over Ashlee Evans-Smith, as well as one-time bantamweight title challengers, Sara McMann, and recent Bellator debutante, 'Alpha' Cat Zingano.

2-0 this year following a two-fight slide since her return to bantamweight, Springfield, Massachusetts native, Eubanks looks to add arguably the biggest win of her five-year career to date. The 2014 World Jiu-Jitsu Championship gold medalist featured on The Ultimate Fighter 26 - picking up victories over Roxanne Modafferi, DeAnna Bennett, and Maia Stevenson on the show.

In Octagon triumphs since the 35-year-old scored opposite Lauren Murphy, Modafferi once more, as well as Sarah Moras and the above mentioned, Avila this annum.
