Rick Story V Donald Cerrone:

Rick Story took on Donald 'Cowboy' Cerrone in the latter 3rd Welterweight bout after fantastic displays against 'Cowboy' Oliviera and Patrick Cote. 'Cowboy' looked as confident as ever during the walkouts as he looked to move up the the rankings in the Welterweight division. Rick Story looked to engage early on while Cerrone ended up on top on the ground. Story had 'Cowboy' up against the cage. Cerrone threw up a triangle choke attempt as Story got free and wound up taking his back. Cerrone landed some good leg kicks early on in the first as Story had no answer for them. Story then in the second looked to put the pressure on early as Cerrone stuffed a takedown attempt. Donald Cerrone the landed a brutal knee strike after some good strikes as he finished Story within 2 rounds.
