Ovince Saint Preux v Jimi Manuwa: What just happened.

Former Interim Light Heavyweight title challenger Ovince Saint Preux faced British striker Jimi Manuwa at UFC 204 in what could prove to be one of the most intriguing battles in the Light Heavyweight division. Surprisingly, Manuwa seemed to focus on wrestling in the first round as he often engaged in the clinch rather than use his superior power and striking against OSP. The tiring tactic seemed to work in Manuwa's favour as the Texan Saint Preux looked absolutely exhausted in between the first and second round. The second round began with Manuwa reverting to his phenomenal striking as he marched OSP down and landed a huge left high kick before OSP backed up under the extensive pressure from Manuwa. Manuwa then went to the body with a huge left hand which seemed to rattle Saint Preux before uncorking a huge right hook which stumbled the American before landed a left hand which folded OSP as Mauwa picked up a huge victory over the #5 ranked Light Heavyweight.
