Amanda Nunes and Ronda Rousey targeted for UFC 207 in December:

Brazilian UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion, Amanda 'The Lioness' Nunes has apparently been offered a title defence against former title holder 'Rowdy' Ronda Rousey at UFC 207. Nunes claimed the title from Miesha Tate in the main event of UFC 200, as she completely dominated the American both on the feet and when she eventually secured a rear-naked choke victory on the mat. It now appears that former champ, Rousey will be handed an immediate chance to reclaim the gold since her loss to Holly Holm in December 2015 in Australia. Holm demonstrated a fantastic stand-up display as she finished Rousey with a vicious head kick after out striking her fellow American throughout the 2 rounds. Current Invicta Women's Featherweight champion Cris Cyborg, told how Rousey would require 'surgery' if Rousey were to compete against her. Cyborg displayed striking clinics in both her UFC fights against Leslie Smith and Lina Lansberg on her way to wins in each. Another Bantamweight sure to be upset with the news of the targeted bout is 'Venezuelan Vixen' Julianna Pena. Pena picked up a decision win against Cat Zingano back at UFC 200, extending her unbeaten run in the UFC to 4 fights, as she moved to #5 in the UFC Women's Bantamweight rankings.
