A featherweight matchup between Dennis 'DJ' Hughes, an AJ Cunningham has been slated for iKON Fighting Federation's premier event on September 24th. - from the Biloxi Civic Center, in Biloxi, Missippissi.

Submission and striking threat, Hughes will make his third professional outing, looking to improve on his 2-1 professional résumé. The hometown favourite, is a former Ring of Combate alum, dropping his one and only outing opposite Dylan Mantello in his most recent outing.

5-1 finisher, Cunningham attempts to improve to 2-0 in his last two outings - following a first-round knockout victory over Aaron Ulroan under the MMAX FC banner back in June. The Arkansas based submission artist holds a well-traversed amateur background, dropping his one and only career defeat to Solo Hatley Jr. - following an early loss against the Rock City MMA mainstay during their time on the amateur circuit.

Between both Hughes and Cunningham in seven professional outings - neither have seen a judges scorecard in triumphant returns. Hughes plys his trade under former interim Titan FC featherweight titleholder and current UFC featherweight grappler. Kurt Holobaugh.
