Report: Tracy Cortez Returns, Meets Bea Malecki at UFC Event on October 10th.

Rising bantamweight prospect, Tracy Cortez is set to make her first Octagon outing since November last year - as the Arizona native draws Swedish upstart, Bea 'Bad News Barbie' Malecki at a UFC Fight Night event on October 10th. A location or venue for the card has yet to be determined by the organization.
Dana White's Contender Series product, Cortez - made good on her promotional call at UFC Fight Night São Paulo last November - scoring a unanimous judging win over hometown favourite, Vanessa Melo.
The Ultimate Fighter 28 alumnus, Malecki made her professional bow back at UFC Fight Night Stockholm last June - securing a second-frame rear-naked choke victory over Duda Santana in a hometown triumph. News of the bantamweight matching was first penned by MMA Junkie reporters, Nolan King and Mike Bohn.
Three-time Invicta FC feature, Cortez has notched an eye-catching 7-1 professional record since her first appearance just three years ago. The 26-year-old was initially scheduled to meet with the aforementioned, Santana in November - until she was replaced by her compatriot, Melo due to family issues. Cortez's victory over Melo marked her seventh straight success - in her first test of bantamweight waters.
In arguably the most impressive victory of her career to date - Cortez notched a unanimous judging victory over fellow prospect, Mariya Agapova in a previously mentioned appearance on DWCS in July last year.
Following her submission triumph over Santana - Malecki faced Venezuelan standout, Veronica Macedo. In March at UFC Fight Night Brasília, the Swede secured a unanimous judging win over Macedo - improving to 2-0 as a professional. The 28-year-old a prominent Muay Thai practitioner, scoring a world championship win.
