A light heavyweight pairing between former BAMMA titleholder, Paul 'The Bearjew' Craig, and one-time ACB champion, Gadzhimurad Antigulov has been booked for a UFC Fight Night event from 'Fight Island' in Abu Dhabi, UAE - on July 25th.

Scottish submission-specialist, Craig last featured at UFC Fight Night São Paulo in November - battling to a split draw against former PRIDE FC great, 'Shogun' Rua. Russian submission threat, Antigulov has dropped his last two contests, with a knockout defeat coming opposite, Michał Oleksiejczuk at UFC Fight Night St. Petersburg last August.

Craig, 32, made the Octagon walk four times last year alone - managing wins over Kennedy Nzechukwu and Vinicius Moreira - before his draw with Rua, and a defeat to division prospect, Alonzo Menifield. With eleven submission successes from seventeen professional appearances, the Airdrie native has established himself as a dangerous grappling threat.

With sixteen separate stoppages from submission, Dagestan resident, Antigulov can lay claim to that status of a high-level grappler. Prior to defeats to the aforementioned, Oleksiejczuk, and Ion Cuƫelaba - the 33-year-old managed Octagon victories over Joachim Christensen, and Marcos Rogério de Lima, extending his undefeated run to fourteen fights.

Activity for Antigulov has been severely limited recently, with matchups opposite Sam Alvey, Ed Herman, Devin Clark, and Klidson Abreu falling to the wayside.
