James Vick forces tap from Abel Trujillo with D'arce win:

Lightweight challengers Abel Trujillo and James Vick squared off at UFC Fight Night Houston, with both men looking to break the top 10 rankings with a win. Both men were cautious throughout the first minute, with Trujillo dominating the octagon. Texas native Vick, was trying to keep 'Killa' Trujillo at distance with front kicks, but a level change from the Florida native, resulting in a big takedown. Vick used a guillotine attempt to prevent Trujillo from passing guard, and eventually Ross to his feet. Trujillo was then himself backed up against the fence, and escaped a standing guillotine at the first round came to an end. Abel's round with that massive takedown. The second round began with Trujillo taking the centre of the octagon again, before landing a good left hand. Trujillo again showed his boxing skills, landing s good right and then a left to keep Vick at bay. Vick then denied a double leg attempt from Trujillo. Vick then landed a takedown of his own, and looked to secure a D'arce choke, which looked to be tight, before the 'Texacutioner' lost it. Vick's round. The third and final round seen a stunning flying knee land for James Vick, which hurt the Boca Rotan Fighter badly. Trujillo ducked under a front kick and looked for a single leg, which Vick blocked and applied another D'arce choke, forcing the reeling Trujillo to tap.
