Jessica Andrade picks apart Invicta FC champ Hill for decision win:

Exciting Strawweights Jessica Andrade and Angela Hill got us underway in the first main card bout of UFC Fight Night Houston, in what could prove to have future title implications for either female. Hill was expectedly cautious at the opening of the round, looking to land from distance, before Andrade pushed forward swinging, with her aggressive style. Andrade was finding significant success with this patented technique, forcing Hill against the cage before landing a series of strikes. Hill hit back with a decent knee to the body of the Brazilian, before eating an uppercut. Andrade once again backed Hill against the fence and began swinging from the hips, landing a couple of clean shots before the Invicta FC Strawweight champ tied up. Andrade was dominating the striking exchanges, with Hill only offering a couple of knee strikes in return. Jessica's round. Hill started the brighter in the second round, before another flurry from Andrade sent her backward, and then a knee from Hill, produced a cut over the right eye of Andrade. Andrade was doing a tremendous job of mixing up her strikes, but so far with three minutes left in the second round, Hill's chin was holding up. Another left hook and right uppercut from Andrade found it's home against the underdog. Andrade then shot for a single leg, and planted Hill to the mat with ease. Hill then defended a rear-naked choke attempt, but being slammed by Andrade, but landed some bruising elbows to the Brazil native. Another round to Andrade. The third and final round would definitely need a finish from Hill if she is to win this bout. Both females then being swinging for the fences against each other, with Hill looking to score some points. Hill was reeling after another flurry from the Brazilian put her back against the fence. Then a huge straight left from Hill dropped the dominating Andrade, although a replay suggested that Jessica may have lost her footing. Andrade carried on with her hugely effective flurry of strikes. Andrade was pouring it on for the last 30 seconds or so as she looked for the finish. The judges deservedly handed a unanimous decision to Jessica Andrade, as a championship bout most likely awaits the aggressive striker.
