The Korean Zombie scores stunning first round finish:

The main event of UFC Fight Night Houston, sees a massive Featherweight clash between Dennis 'The Menace' Bermudez and 'The Korean Zombie' Chan Sung Jung. Jung last faced José Aldo for the UFC Featherweight title back in August of 2013, before leaving the octagon in order to join the Korean military as part of conscription. Jung, an absolute fan favourite, was of course the first man to pull off a Twister submission in the octagon, when he submitted Leonard Garcia. Bermudez, is a complete mixed martial artist, with supreme wrestling, grappling and a nasty striking game, and holds a victory over current Interim UFC Featherweight champ Max 'Blessed' Holloway. Bermudez expects to fight for the title with a win over Jung, with the New York native currently the #9 ranked 145er. Another big factor in this fight, other than Jung's lay off, is the Zombie's 6 inch reach advantage over Bermudez. Referee Herb Dean got us started for the first of five scheduled rounds. Bermudez landed a good front kick to the body, before Jung denied a takedown attempt. A big right hand clashed with Zombie's granite chin, who looked the more impressive so far. So far, Jung was defending the takedown attempts from Bermudez. Bermudez was lured into a boxing match with the powerful Zombie, who scored a devastating right hand to KO Bermudez inside one round.
