Dillashaw outclasses John Lineker in Bantamweight title eliminator:

Top UFC Bantamweight challengers TJ Dillashaw and Brazilian John Lineker squared off with the winner almost guaranteed the next title shot against the winner of tonight's co-main event between Dominick Cruz and Cody Garbrandt. Dillashaw, an experienced top contender, is fresh from a decision win over Raphael Assunção, while scary striker John Lineker, also won a decision against John Dodson last time out. Expect 'Hands of Stone' to stand in the pocket and trade, and Dillashaw to use his immense footwork and wrestling experience to wear out Lineker. The opening round seen Dillashaw miss with a looping head kick, but landing a good leg kick moments later. TJ landed a good uppercut and then a body shot, before landing an explosive takedown. Dillashaw stacked the guard and scored some decent shots from the top. Dillashaw was very kick oriented in the first round, before Lineker tagged TJ with a right hand on the break. First round to Dillashaw, movement on point. Dillashaw ate a good body shot from Lineker before shooting and landing a takedown. Dillashaw landed anktber body kick before taking the fight to the mat once again. From full mount and half guard, TJ postured up and was hammering the defenceless Lineker. Definite second round for TJ. The third and final round began with Dillashaw once more keeping his distance but landed another takedown after a good right hand. Lineker called for Dillashaw to strike with him but was taken down by Dillashaw once again in this dominant display. From the bottom Dillashaw rolled and looked to finish Lineker with a tight calf slicer, TJ eventually lost it and ate some good solid body shots as the round ended. Absolute cruise for Dillashaw in a dominant display. Dillashaw is handed a desecered unanimous decision.
