Johny Hendricks V Neil Magny: What will go down.

The featured prelim of UFC 207, sees a Welterweight bout between former UFC Welterweight title holder Johny 'Bigg Rigg' Hendricks, and #8 ranked Welterweight contender Neil Magny. Both men have seen their careers take a hit as of recent times, with former champ Hendricks, losing to Stephen Thompson and Kelvin Gastelum, must recently at UFC 200, where he also missed weight for the Welterweight clash, while Neil Magny succumbed to vicious elbow strikes against Lorenz Larkin at UFC 202 last August. Hendricks told earlier in the year how he would call time on his highly successful career if Magny were to beat him, but a win for 'Bigg Rigg' may leave him only one win away from a potential title challenge. On the other hand, a victory for Brooklyn's Neil Magny, may also see him climb the Welterweight rankings considerably. Hendricks, a four time NCAA Divison 1 All-American Wrestler, also has some scary knockout power, evident after his KO finishes against Martin Kampmann and current World Series Of Fighting Welterweight champion Jon Fitch. A huge advantage in this 170lbs battle, lies in the favour of Neil Magny, holding a 6 inch height advantage, and a huge 11 inch reach advantage over Oklahoma's Hendricks.

Johny Hendricks via split decision.
