Diego Sanchez V Marcin Held: What will go down
The co-main event of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 3 finale, sees a lightweight contest between MMA veteran Dego Sanchez, and Polish youngster Marcin Held. The Ultimate Fighter season 1 winner Sanchez, has 35 professional bouts in his career, but most recently lost to Joe Lauzon at UFC 200, with his last win coming against Jim Miller at UFC 196. Held on the other hand, is still only 24 years old, and has featured in Bellator for most of career, holding notable wins over Patricky 'Pitbull' and Phillipe Nover, but has lost to current Bellator Lightweight champion Michael Chandler, and former champion Will Brooks in their title bout during his time in Scott Coker's Bellator. Sanchez has also challenged for the UFC's Lightweight title, against B.J. Penn but was eventually beaten in the fifth round by 'The Prodigy'. Sanchez does hold impressive wins over Kenny Florian, Nick Diaz, Clay Guida and Martin Kampmann in his career, but his most recent loss against Lauzon has seen him tumble down the Lightweight rankings. We can expect a fiery as ever Sanchez against Held, in their Lightweight clash.
