Marc-André Barriault vs. Oskar Piechota Slated for UFC event on June 20th.

A middleweight matchup between Canadian striker, Marc-André 'Power Bar' Barriault, and Polish all-rounder, Oskar 'Imadlo' Piechota is set to take place at a UFC event on June 20th. - with a location and venue still yet to be earmarked by the organization.
Barriault is hoping to finally score his first victory under the UFC banner - following a string of three consecutive losses. Despite scoring wins in his first two outings, Piechota himself has endured a three-fight losing skid. News of the pairing was first reported by Journal de Montréal.
30-year-old knockout artist, Barriault will feature in the Octagon for the fourth time - following a transition from the TKO promotion, after a light heavyweight championship win. Barriault, a former middleweight titleholder as well, has dropped three defeats to Andrew Sanchez, Krzysztof Jotko, and Jun Yong Park. The aforementioned loss to Sanchez resulted in his premier loss in eight outings.
Former Cage Warriors middleweight best, Piechota - debuted in the organization with a decision victory over Jonathan Williams, before a knockout triumph over Tim Williams in February of 2018. Like opponent, Barriault - the Pole has dropped a trio of blemishes to submission experts, Gerald Meerschaert, and Rodolfo Vieira, and a knockout loss to Punahele Soriano at UFC 245 in December. Piechota, 30, is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the renowned fourth-degree black belt, Robert Drysdale.
