Lyman Good vs. Belal Muhammad Rescheduled for UFC Event on June 20th.

A welterweight rebooking between former Bellator 170-pound champion, Lyman 'American Cyborg' Good, and Belal 'Bully' Muhammad has been matched - for a third occasion, for an event on June 20th. Harlem born knockout artist, Good, was forced from a pairing with Muhammad back at the first instalment of UFC 249 on April 18th. - after he revealed he has contracted COVID-19. News of the pairing was first reported by ESPN reporter, Ariel Helwani. MMA DNA reporter, Marcel Dorff confirmed the date of the pairing.

Good, 34, rebounded from an opening frame submission defeat to former middleweight and welterweight title chaser, Demian Maia - via a knockout victory over Chance Rencountre last November. Since his Octagon bow back in July of 2015, the Tiger Schulmann trainee has managed triumphs over Andrew Craig, and Ben Saunders - in between defeats to the aforementioned, Maia, and a close split decision defeat to Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos. Back in 2009, Good claimed the Bellator welterweight crown, via an opening-round knockout over Omar de la Cruz - in the promotion's first 170-pound tournament.

Former Titan FC 170-pound titleholder, Muhammad - has scored two consecutive victories following his defeat to Geoff Neal in January of last year. The 31-year-old took a unanimous decision win over recent Bellator signee, Curtis Millender - before a third-round rear-naked choke victory over Takashi Sato at UFC 242 in September of last year. The Chicago native has secured other wins over Augusto Montaño, Randy Brown, Jordan Mein, Tim Means, and common opponent, Rencountre.
