Dustin Poirier V Michael Johnson: How it will go down.

The main event of UFC Fight Night 94 features former Featherweight contender Dustin 'The Diamond' Poirier take on Lightweight hard hitter Michael 'The Menace' Johnson. Poirier has experienced a huge change of fortune since his loss to Featherweight champion 'The Notorious' Conor McGregor, moving up t Lightweight and winning his last 4 on the trot, including impressive victories over Joe Duffy and most recently, stopping Bobby Green at UFC 199. Johnson'ls most recent contest came against Nate Diaz with the Stockton born fighter winning a decision. This may prove to be a very important fight for the future of Michael Johnson as he is 0-2 in his previous two bouts, with Beniel Dariush picking up a split decision victory over him. Johnson does hold majorly impressive victories over now title contenders Edson Barboza and Tony 'El Cucuy' Ferguson in his career. Poirier's streak looks set to move to 5-0 at Lightweight as he in states himself in title conversation.
