Jéssica Andrade V Joanne Calderwood: How it will go down

Impressive strikers Jéssica Andrade and Joanne Calderwood square off on the opening fight of the main card of UFC 203 in Cleveland, Ohio. Andrade is coming off a spectacular stoppage victory over Jessica Penne in her Strawweight debut. Andrade displayed a fantastic smothering offence against the former title contender Penne. She landed an enormous amount of strikes particularly close to the fence before the fight was ended. Joanne Calderwood on the other hand completed dismantled former UFC title contender Valerie Létourneau in their Flyweight contest. The former Muay Thai boxer also displayed a precise striking game landing some vicious teep kicks before scored a spinning back fist KO as Létourneau turned her back to fix her fight kit. After the fight Létourneau complained about the fit of the Reebok fight kit, and many believe this may have significantly hampered her performance. Andrade has much more UFC experience with 8 of her professional bouts occurring in the organisation compared to Calderwood's 3 fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The contest will no doubt be evenly contested due to the supreme striking of the Brazil and Scotland natives.
