Roy Nelson v Antonio Silva: What will go down

UFC Foght Night 95 in Brazil sees a Heavyweight battle against veterans Roy 'Big Country' Nelson and former EliteXC Heavyweight Champion Antonio 'Bigfoot' Silva. The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights winner Nelson, holds notable victories against Brendan 'Big Brown' Schaub, Mirko Cro Cop and Dutch Heavyweight Stefan Struve, last fought Derrick 'The Black Beast' Lewis in a decision loss for the Nevada native. Antonio Silva is also coming off a quick stoppage loss to Stefan Struve. Nelson holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Renzo Gracie, but holds 14 wins via knockout in his professional mixed martial arts career. 'Big Country' has is renowned for his chin of granite and has only been knocked out twice in his career, with Mark Hunt and Andrei Arlovski getting the better of the American in his career. Antonio Silva's chin has been questioned throughout his career with 8 of his 9 career losses coming via knockout, including KO losses to Cain Velasquez, Daniel Cormier, Mark Hunt and Frank Mir stopping the veteran Brazilian. Silva was under the microscope after his draw with Mark Hunt, he failed a post fight drug test after it was revealed he had an elevated testosterone due to the UFC' approval of his testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Silva was handed a nine month suspension from the UFC for the failed test. Nelson may look to pressure Silva early on, similar to the fight with Stevan Struve in an attempt to score an early finish.

Roy Nelson via knockout.
