Stipe Miocic V Alistair Overeem: How it will go down:

Cleveland, Ohio hero Stipe Miocic defends his UFC Heavyweight title for the first time in his home town against Dutch kickboxing star Alistiar Overeem. Miocic, fresh off a first round KO of former champ Werdum takes on the former StrikeForce, DREAM and K-1 Grand Prix champion Overeem as  'The Reem' looks to the add the UFC strap to his gleaming trophy cabinet. Miocic has some vicious knockout power in his right hand while Alistair Overeem has some scary liver kicks and knees from the clinch. Miocic, a true knock out artist with 11 KO victories with 4 out of his last 5 bouts finishing via KO in his favour. 'The Demolition Man' is arguably the best Heavyweight of all time and is a true knockout and submission specialist. Some of 'The Reem's' most used submissions are his vicious squeeze in his standing guillotines. We may also witness Miocic's wrestling background in this bout but Overeem is more than capable on from his back. Overeem's chin has been called into question in the last few years particularly after his fight with Antonio 'Bigfoot' Silva when he was KO'd. Overeem has become a much more tactical fighter in his last few bouts, keeping his distance and changing his stances before engaging. The home crowd in Ohio may prove to be a huge factor in this fight for Miocic as he could become overwhelmed by the situation or the Cleveland faithful could help him retain his title.

Alistair Overeem via Knockout.
