What will Mkhitaryan and Ibrahimovic bring to United

With the singing of Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Henrick Mkhitaryan imminent, it has been a busy week in Manchester for José Mourinho's side. Mkhitaryan will become the clubs 3rd signing of the summer after they brought in Eric Bertrand Bailly from Villarreal earlier in the summer, and just yesterday, signed outspoken forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic from PSG. With atleast another signing expected before the window slams shut, it looks like it's going to be a busy summer at Old Trafford full of arrivals and departures. The latest arrival is Armenian playmaker Henrick Mkhitaryan who arrives after a magnificent season in the Bundesliga where he was voted Player's player of the year. Dortmund have accepted a fee of £26.3 million for the former Shakhtar player and have made a profit of around £3 million for his sale. The arrival of the Armenian may well signal the end of Juan Mata's time at Old Trafford with many believing Mourinho will label his as surplus to requirements. Ibrahimovic's arrival will be key to the development of both young strikers Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial. Martial who had a great start to life in the Premier League, ending the season as United's top scorer in all competitions. Rashford on the other hand, only began his United career at the tail end of the campaign but put on stellar performances throughout scoring twice against Arsenal and notching a goal in his Manchester Derby debut and his England debut to eventually finish on 8 goals and earn himself a call up to the England squad for Euro 2016. I have no doubt Ibrahimovic will help develop these top young goalscorers and hopefully Mkhitaryan will be part of a successful front three of himself and Martial on the wings with Ibrahimovic taking up the target man role and lead the line for United in the upcoming season.
