Who could bring GSP out of retirement?
With the return of Georges St. Pierre rumoured since late last year, I will look at the possible opponents that could bring 'Rush' out of retirement.
Michael Bisping: This fight would more than likely occur in the Middleweight division. Bisping has recently bad mouthed the legend calling him a 'coward'. GSP would more likely take this fight and maybe go on a run if he wins. To make this fight even more interesting, The UFC may even offer St. Pierre the middleweight championship.
Nick Diaz: This fight would see the return of both men to the sport and would in my opinion draw huge fan attention, particularly with the current hype surrounding the Diaz brothers. Nick was handed a suspension for a failed drug test and the Nevada State Athletic Commission handed down a 18 month suspension. Even these two men have battled before, with GSP winning a unanimous decision, this fight would be interesting to see the 2 men's skills after a lay off form the fight game for both of them.
Conor McGregor: Conor McGregors attitude towards fighting has put him in the frame to face a returning GSP. Conor is known for his courage to fight any time, any weight and anywhere. This fight would most likely be at Welterweight with McGregor capable of making weight and has an upcoming fight in August at Welterweight against Nate Diaz. I believe McGregor must definitely defend his featherweight title against either José Aldo or Frankie Edgar before he even considers another fight out his regular division. This fight could go either way in my opinion with Conor's superior power but GSP does possess a very clever fight strategy in all of his fights.
