Blaise Matuidi flys to England to discuss move to unnamed club

Euro 2016 star Blaise Matuidi reportedly flew into England on Monday to discuss a move to an unknown club. The PSG midfielder seems to have been replace by Polish midfielder Gregorz Krychowiak from Sevilla after the arrival of Unai Emery from the La Liga side. A number of clubs are rumoured to be interested in the box to box midfielder who has been a key figure of Didier Deschamps France side as they take on Germany in the semi final. Interestingly, Matuidi has the same agent as Mkhitaryan and Zlatam Ibrahimovic who have both made transfers to the Old Trafford side. Apparently, Mino Raiola is keen for his client to move on considering the signing of Krychowiak which leaves his spot in the midfield of the Paris club in danger. Another factor to the Matuidi situation in the fact that former Chelsea boss José Mourinho who is now in charge of Manchester United, if is believed that Juventus man Paul Pogba is the managers first choice in midfield with Matuidi another option if they cannot tempt the former United man back to Old Trafford. United will face stiff competition for the midfielder with Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal all interested in him.
