West Ham look at Swansea's Ayew.
Slavan Bilic's West Ham have enquired about the availability of Swansea's Andre Ayew. The Croatian coach is keen to add to his bleak looking strike force with both Diafra Sakho and Enner Valencia seeking an exit from the London club. The Ghanaian forward scored an impressive 12 goals in all competitions for the Swans last season and was viewed as Swansea's best player by pundits and journalists alike. Ayew signed a 4 year deal in Wales on a free transfer from Marseille and it is now been speculated that Francesco Guidolin's side could demand a few in the region of £20 million for the 26 year old. West Ham's search for a striker in this summers window has so far been disappointing with target Michy Batshuayi joining cross city rivals Chelsea instead, and Lyon standing firm on their valuation of Alexandre Lacazette. Ayew would join former Borussia Monchengladbach star Håvard Nordveit, Algerian winger Sofiane Feghouli, Besiktas midfielder Gökhan Töre and former Manchester United youth academy graduate Ashley Flecther at the new Olympic Stadium if he does infant swap South Wales for London.
