Brock Lesnar V Mark Hunt: What just happened:

Brock Lesnar V Mark Hunt: Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar makes his return to the octagon against former K-1 Heavyweight Champion Mark Hunt. Lesnar's last fought and lost to Alister Overeem at the end of 2011. Hunt last fought and knocked out Lesnar's former opponent Frank Mir in Brisbane Australia. The New Zealander has some legitimate one punch knock out power and can uncork a bomb at any time. Lesnar a former NCAA champion will look to get this fight to the ground as soon as he can and finish from the top with strikes or maybe a submission. If the fight does stay standing, Hunt knocks Lesnar's out in my opinion or the New Zealander wins by decision. I can envision Brock shooting for a takedown and getting clipped with an uppercut by Hunt. Lesnar looked focused during his walk out and was in fantastic shape. The opening round of the three seen Lesnar relaxed and cautious of Hunt's power. Brock opened with a leg kick to keep Hunt at range. Lesnar missed with his first takedown attempt. Hunt looked to defend the takedown but Brock had him down for.a moment and looked to wear him out when Hunt got back to his feet. Lesnar then moved to side control from the takedown as Hunt looked in trouble. Lesnar landed a huge knee to the body as he pummelled Hunt. Hunt escaped but the WWE superstar am managed a quick takedown as the round ended. The second round began with Brock cautious again before Hunt seen his overhand right blocked. Hunt stuffed a takedown from Lesnar. Hunt sprawled again. Hunt then scrambled again. Hunt was waiting to uncork a huge shot but couldn't pick his timing. Lesnar then forced Hunt to the fence but looked exhausted as round two could have went either way. The third and final round began with Lesnar using his jab. Hunt then nearly caught Brock with a huge overhand right. Lesnar then finally found a takedown and wound up in full mount. Brock was trying to finish but Hunt was defending well. Brock then started to land some hard shots as he stayed in full mount. They go the distance with the judges giving the decision to Brock Lesnar As he beat Kiwi Mark Hunt on his return to the octagon.
