Khadis Ibragimov vs. Roman Dolidze Targeted for July 18th. UFC Fight Island Event

A light heavyweight meeting between Russia's, Khadis Ibragimov, and promotional newcomer, Roman Dolidze is currently in the works to feature at a UFC 'Fight Island' event on July 18th. - from Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Ibragimov will attempt to finally break his winless duct in the promotion, following a defeat to Ed Herman at UFC Fight Night Moscow last November. Making his first walk under the UFC banner, 6-0 finisher, Dolidze arrives from the World Warriors Fighting Championships. News of the targeted pairing was first reported by MMA DNA reporter, Marcel Dorff.
St. Petersburg native, Ibragimov arrived in the UFC last year from M-1 Global, and prior to his above-noted defeat to Herman, dropped a final-round guillotine loss to Da Un Jung at UFC Fight Night Shenzhen in August. Ahead of his promotional debut, Ibragimov carried an undefeated 8-0 professional record, with five finishes to boot.
With three finishes coming from submission, and three from strikes, Georgia native, Dolidze is well-traversed. The Adjara native will make his first Octagon appearance, following an eye-catching knockout of Michal Pasternak in December.
